ContentProz ensures the satisfaction of its valuable customers. The following conditions govern the revision policy.
If a customer is not satisfied with the work delivered to him, a revision can be requested. ContentProz provides unlimited revisions without charging any extra amount. There are two methods to mark a revision. The client can share the document through Email and explain his reservations. The writer, in response, will make all the changes and send the content back to the client. This method is performed without marking any revision.
The second one is that you can mark a revision. You will use your user area to mark revision in this case. Click the revision and add comments which will be used to revise your specific content. We believe in customer satisfaction, and this is why all the comments shared with us will be considered sincerely.
As per our revision policy, we make sure to return the first revision back to the client within 24 hours. If you mark a second revision, then it will take up to 48 hours to revise the said document. However, after the second revision, every subsequent revision will take a minimum of 72 hours to be done. Besides this, the period will depend upon the nature of the change asked by the client. Also, the revision comments will only be catered if they are as per the initial guidelines. If the guidelines are not the same as they were initially shared, then the client might have to pay an adjustment fee. In all cases, the payment has to be made upfront, and the order will only be processed once the company has received the complete payment.
To avoid any miscommunication or misunderstanding, we request our clients to provide clear and straightforward guidelines while placing the order. This is requested for your and our convenience.
Following are the terms and conditions for the implementation of order cancellation and refund policy:
If your order is assigned to a writer and you proceed with the order cancellation, you will be eligible to avail 50% refund.
If your order is not assigned to a writer and you proceed with the order cancellation, you will be eligible to avail 90% refund.
In case the details of the order were missing and you cancel it, you will be eligible to avail a 95% refund.
We have a team working dedicatedly towards ensuring that the orders are delivered within the set time frame. We have maintained the norm of timely delivery for ten years and hope to keep following the legacy in the future. We don't make any delays unless or until there is any technical discrepancy. Once the writer completes the order, we review it and send the file to the user area, and you may download the file by accessing your user area.
Moreover, we don't keep the order files in our repository for a long time; the files are permanently deleted after one year. Hence, we don't entertain retrieval requests if they are lodged after one year. So, we request our client to maintain the record of their files for future use.
We are determined to deliver the orders within the given deadlines as it is our utmost priority. However, we encourage our clients to keep checking their spam folder as sometimes the emails can be sent to the spam folder automatically. In such cases, there is a possibility that the client considers that his order is yet to be delivered, whereas, in reality, it has already been delivered and is awaiting his review.
