Delivery Policy:

Our huge team comprising of professionals certifies the timely delivery of your orders. We have been maintaining the norm of timely delivery for quite some time and we don’t make any delays unless there is a technical issue. Rest assured, such instances are rare. For us, delivering the orders on time is inevitable. 99.98% orders are completed before the deadlines and this consistency is stable for years now. We send your files to user area once they have been completed and you can download your files by accessing your user area. However, we don’t retain the order files on our servers for a long time and permanently delete these files after the period of 1 year. We don’t entertain any file retrieval requests if they are lodged 1 year after the order has been delivered to the client. The clients are requested to maintain a record of these files for future use.

We want to assure you that to deliver your order before the deadline or even on time is our foremost priority. Also, the clients are encouraged to peek into their spam box every now and then, as sometimes our emails are sent to spam folder automatically. In such cases, there is a possibility that the client considers that his order is yet to be delivered, but in the actual scenario, it has already been delivered and is awaiting his review. So, we recommend that you keep checking your client’s area in order to update yourself about the status of your order. Other than visiting your user area, our support agents are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week; having a chat conversation with them will allow many of your concerns to be resolved.
